To add to the accolades, Metallica's classic 1986 thrash-terpiece Master of Puppets has now sold over 8 million copies and has been certified (you guessed it) 8x platinum. If you listen closely, you can actually hear Lars Ulrich clicking around trying to find his new Jean-Michel Basquiat purchase.

Metallica is on the road playing their M72 2025 tour featuring Pantera and Suicidal Tendencies as openers, as well as Limp Bizkit and Ice Nine Kills. Tickets are available here.
